Wisdom Teeth Extractions
Wisdom teeth, located at the back of the dental arch, are the last molars to emerge, often in adulthood. Sometimes they may fail to erupt due to lack of space in the jaw or they may only partially emerge, remaining partially or fully impacted under the gum.
When jaws are too narrow, wisdom teeth can become impacted under the gum, known as impacted wisdom teeth. If their eruption is delayed or incomplete, these teeth can cause various complications, including pain, infections, or the formation of cysts.
